A terrible viral superbug breaks out in the hospital. Within hours almost all the staff and patients are dead. The only two survivors are a doctor and a nurse.

'Oh doctor' says the nurse, 'is there any way out of this?'

'I'm afraid not,' says the doctor 'we're already infected it's only a matter of time.'

'In that case doctor' says the nurse taking of her cap 'make me feel like a woman one last time.'

The doctor nodded and ripped of his shirt.

'Here, iron this'.
